We want you to love your Tokidoki purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your return package.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
